“I am a wife and the mother of a beautiful teenage girl. I live in the Northern suburbs of blissful Cape Town. After being blessed with a soaring dance career, I now run my own businesses and have settled down in my little Pilates/Dance studio located in Panorama, Cape Town, South Africa.
As a former Professional Dancer, Choreographer, Dance Teacher (UCT-Dipl 2003), certified Pilates Instructor (Pilates Academy SA) and certified Holistic Massage Therapist (Healing Hands Institute). I have a trained eye for movement, body alignment, postural alignments and placement, offering great proprioception as well as physical, mental, spiritual and emotional healing transformation in my clients.”
In my opinion, what ‘sets me apart’ from other Pilates and fitness instructors is my 30 years of Dance training, of which 15 of those years were spent as a Professional Dancer. My experiential knowledge of movement, body alignment & placement as well as anatomy of the body, helps me to create the best classes and massages suited to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of my clients, bringing a #booost of holistic healing to each session.”
