i.e BOOSTED! Pilates is a series of exercises, specifically designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. These exercises strengthen the core, mobilizes the spine, tone the body, improves overall health and mind-body connection. I have had many referrals for chronic back pain, spine issues and other ailments and have achieved great results with many of my clients living a pain free, better quality of life.
